DEPOSITS

To reserve your preferred time slot, a deposit is required that will be deducted from your final bill:
 

Standard Services: $60 deposit.

Colour Correction Services: $100 deposit.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We respect your time and kindly ask you to respect ours. We understand that plans can change, so please give us a heads-up.
 

Rescheduling/Changes: We require at least 72 hours notice to reschedule or make changes to your booking. As a small team, we need this notice to manage our schedule effectively.
 

Late Cancellations/Changes: If changes or cancellations are made within 72 hours of your appointment, we will need to keep your booking fee. This helps us cover the time and resources we’ve dedicated to preparing for your appointment.
 

RUNNING LATE

We totally get it—things happen! If you’re running late, just give us a quick call.

 

More than 20 Minutes Late: We’ll do our best to fit you in, but the full-service cost still applies, and your service may need to be shortened. If you’re significantly late, we might need to reschedule, and our cancellation policy will apply.
 

NO-SHOWS

We strive to be flexible, but missed appointments affect our team and other clients. If you miss your appointment without letting us know, you’ll be charged 50% of the full-service cost. To book a new appointment, you'll need to prepay the missed appointment fee plus an additional $100 booking fee to secure your spot which is deducted from your final bill.

 

CREATING A CALM & SAFE SPACE
At Peach Blonde, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that children are not brought to the salon unless they are receiving a service. Additionally, due to our cozy space and busy schedule, we request that you come to your appointment solo.

COLOUR GUARANTEE
Our colours here at Peach Blonde are guaranteed by the aftercare recommended to you by our specialists after your consultation at your appointment. Without the prescribed products, we cannot guarantee the longevity of your colour or hair health.

As bleach breaks down the protein in our hair to remove colour, normal signs of this include dryness and frizz. In some cases, bleach can cause breakage. However, at Peach Blonde, we endeavour to provide services with hair health as our priority and may refuse your service if we feel your hair is currently too compromised.
 

Please note that we do not offer refunds. If you’re not completely satisfied with your colour, we’re happy to rectify the issue within one week of your appointment. This ensures we can address your concerns promptly and maintain our high standards of care.

Peach Blonde accepts EFTPOS; please keep in mind that our provider charges a surcharge of 1.7%, which is out of our control. If you’d like to pay cash, please note that no change is kept on the premises.
